Product protection – coated rollers are specifically engineered to cushion product surfaces. They can significantly reduce scratching and other damage that can be caused by bare steel.

Noise reduction – coated rollers can significantly reduce noise levels – by as much as 7 db.

Improved traction – coatings and sleeves improve traction to prevent product slippage on the conveyor.
